(Alliance News) - Vietnam Enterprise Investments Ltd said on Friday that its net asset value increased 1.0% over the previous month.
The FTSE 250-listed closed end investment trust with a focus on Vietnam said it also beat its reference index, the Vietnam Index, which rose by 0.1%.
The company's NAV per share at February 28 was USD12.35 and its total NAV was USD2.6 billion.
In the month, Vietnam Enterprise's top performing stock was property developer Dat Xanh Group, up 24%.
Portfolio Manager Dien Huu Vu said: "The company outperformed a flat Vietnam Index in February, which unlike many markets globally has so far shown little reaction to events in Ukraine."
Shares in Vietnam Enterprise were down 0.7% at 720.21 pence on Friday morning in London.
