LONDON (Alliance News) - Molten flow engineering company Vesuvius PLC on Thursday said it has appointed Guy Young as its new chief financial officer and as an executive director, effective from November 1.
Young replaces Chris O'Shea, who is leaving the company to become the financial director of FTSE 100 engineer Smiths Group PLC. He is due to join Smiths on Friday.
Young joins from Tarmac, the UK building materials company, and formerly held a number of financial and business development roles at miner Anglo American PLC.
