(Alliance News) - Veltyco Group PLC on Monday said it has now formally resolved to change its name to B90 Holdings PLC, effective immediately.
The AIM-listed company said it believes that the new name better reflects its focus on regulated online sportsbook and casino operations. It also follows the acquisition of the 49% stake in Bet90 Sports Ltd not already owned by the company.
Veltyco shares closed untraded in London on Monday, last quoted at 8.70 pence each.
