LONDON (Alliance News) - Uvenco UK PLC said Thursday it will sell the trading assets of units Uvenco Ltd, Snack in the Box Ltd and Drinkmaster Ltd.
The sale will be effected out of an administration, and KPMG is advising the company in respect of the sale, it said.
Shares in the company has been suspended at the request of the company, pending clarification of its financial position.
