LONDON (Alliance News) - Legendary Investments PLC said Monday that Executive Chairman Zafar Karim bought a total of 100 million shares.
Zafar bought the shares at 0.1 pence per share. After the transaction he will hold a total of 155 million shares in the company.
The transaction follows a Legendary Legendary Investments placing of 550 million shares to fund seed investments and repay debt.
Shares in Legendary Investment were trading at 0.11p, down by 8.5%.
