HSBC Holdings PLC - London-based, Asia-focused universal bank - Increases on Thursday its tender offer for four series of 2028 debt notes with a combined face value of USD8.60 billion to USD6.75 billion from USD5.00 billion. The tender launched on Wednesday and expires on Wednesday next week. It is being run by HSBC Bank PLC, a subsidiary. The debt notes mature in March, May, September and November 2028. The USD2.50 billion in March notes will have a sub-cap on the tender offer of USD1.75 billion. The USD1.85 billion in May notes will have a sub-cap of USD1.00 billion, which is raised from USD750.0 million on Thursday. The USD2.00 billion of September notes and USD2.25 billion of November notes have no sub-cap on the tender offer.
