LONDON (Alliance News) - Tax Systems PLC said on Thursday that FTSE 100-listed bank HSBC Holdings PLC now holds an 8.87% interest in the software company with effect on Wednesday.
It has not been disclosed how much of a share, if any at all HSBC held in Tax Systems before.
Earlier on Thursday, Tax Systems announced that Weiss Asset Management LP now holds a 12.6% stake in the company, and that Coltrane Asset Management LP sold a similar interest on the same day.
Shares in Tax Systems were up 1.0% at 109.60 pence on Thursday.
