LONDON (Alliance News) - United Cacao Ltd SEZC on Friday said Non-Executive Director Constantine Gonticas has been appointed to the role of interim non-executive chairman with immediate effect.
The Peru-based cacao plantation company said it will review the chairmanship of the board over the coming months.
Prior to Gonticas' promotion, the role of executive chairman was being undertaken by Founder & Chief Executive Dennis Melka.
Shares in United Cacao were untraded on Friday morning, last quoted at 119.25 pence.
