LONDON (Alliance News) - Ultrasis PLC said Tuesday that subsidiary Screenetics UK Ltd has been placed into administration and its business and assets sold.
The disposal is not deemed as a "substantial transaction" under AIM rules, Ultrasis said.
The company appointed Paul Flint and Brian Green of KPMG LLC as administrators April 22, after its fund-raising with largest shareholder Paul Bell fell through.
Shares in Ultrasis remain suspended.
