LONDON (Alliance News) - Ultrasis PLC said Wednesday that it has filed a notice of intention to appoint Paul Flint and Brian Green of KPMG LLC as administrators.
Last Friday the healthcare products and services company's fund-raising with largest shareholder Paul Bell fell through, as Bell was "no longer in a position to participate". At the time it had said that it was in talks with various parties over alternative sources of funding.
Shares in Ultrasis remain suspended.
