LONDON (Alliance News) - Ultimate Sports Group PLC on Tuesday said it has issued shares to cover fees owed to a company which provided services related to its Ultimate Player platform.
Ultimate Sports said it had issued 225,000 shares at 18.00 pence per share to the unnamed company. Shares in Ultimate Sports were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 18.00p.
The funds will cover fees due for services the unnamed contractor provided in developing Ultimate Players, Ultimate Sports' online platform for children which measures, motivates and incentivises sporting performance, Ultimate Sports said.
