(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Wednesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

ValiRx PLC - biotechnology oncology - Intends to appoint Kevin Cox to board as non-executive chair, subject to background checks. Cox is chief executive officer of Biotaspheric Ltd. He also has non-executive roles with Biorelate Ltd, Syndermix SA and the British Neuroscience Association.

Eurasia Mining PLC - platinum group metals and gold mining - Hires Iain Rawlinson as a non-executive director immediately. Rawlinson is an investment banker, having worked at Lazard and Robert Fleming, advising on transactions in South Africa and London. Eurasia also appoints SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP as nominated adviser and joint broker with immediate effect. Its shares are suspended from trading on AIM pending clarification of its relationship with CITIC Merchant Co Ltd. Eurasia promised to provide an update on CITIC's role and strategic options for its mining assets in Russia "in due course".
