John Menzies PLC - aviation services firm with headquarters in Edinburgh - Non-Executive Director Christian Kappelhoff-Wulff sells 100,000 shares via Lakestreet Capital Partners AG at 178.13 pence, worth GBP178,130, on Tuesday. Kappelhoff-Wulff had bought 100,000 shares at 124.00p in mid-October, suggesting a GBP58,000 gain.

Bank of Georgia Group PLC - London and Tbilisi-based lender - Non-Executive Director Alasdair Breach buys 6,000 shares at GBP12.08, worth GBP72,460, on Wednesday.

MJ Gleeson PLC - Sheffield-based housebuilder - North Atlantic Smaller Companies Investment Trust PLC, part of Harwood Capital LLP, sells 300,000 shares at GBP7.50, worth GBP2.3 million. Gleeson Non-Executive Director Christopher Mills is an indirect beneficiary of both. Mills now interested in 6.1 million shares, a 10% stake.

Ocean Outdoor Ltd - London-based digital advertising firm - Chief Executive Officer Tim Bleakley buys 5,000 shares at USD6.40, worth USD32,000, on Tuesday.

Brand Architekts Group PLC - Teddington, west London-based personal care and beauty products - CEO Quentin Higham buys 37,037 shares at 135p, worth GBP50,000, on Thursday. They are his only shares. Higham became CEO back in May, joining from soap and perfume retailer Yardley of London Ltd.
