Blue Star Capital PLC - Director Derek Law buys 17.5 million new shares at 0.1p, worth GBP17,500, additional to company's issue of 100.0 million shares at the same price Jonathan Bixby, via Pioneer Media Holdings Inc, to raise GBP100,000. Blue Star had issued warrants to Bixby back in October of last year as part of a deal for the introduction by Bixby of esports investment opportunities. Blue Star also said has invested CAD100,000 into mobile gaming firm Leaf Digital Studies, which is soon to be brought onto the TSX Venture Exchange by a company of which Law is a director.
