Dev Clever Holdings PLC - Founder & Chief Executive Officer Chris Jeffries enters a call option agreement with 8% Dev Clever shareholder Chris Akers. Under the agreement, Akers can buy 50 million shares from Jeffries at a price of 8.0p at any time up to May 31, 2021. Jeffries currently holds 200.0 million shares, a 45.9% stake, plus loan notes convertible into a further 40.0 million shares, another 9.2%. Akers currently holds 35.0 million shares. "Earlier this year Chris accumulated a meaningful minority shareholding in the company, and I am happy to be giving him this option to acquire additional shares as it demonstrates his confidence in our global EdTech platforms," said Jeffries. Separately, Dev Clever said it has raised up GBP10.0 million gross by granting rights to subscribe to up to 100 million new shares at 10.0p to Intrinsic Capital Jersey Ltd. The subscriptions will be in instalments of 20 million shares each from June 30 this year to June 30 next year. As part of the deal, Jeffries's holding in the company cannot go below 20%.

ThinkSmart Ltd - Non-Executive Director Roger McDowell sells 850,000 shares, his entire holding, at 20p, worth GBP170,000, on Tuesday. McDowell will retire at ThinkSmart's annual general meeting, expected to be held in November. He has served since December 2016, when the company listed on AIM.

Burford Capital Ltd - CEO Christopher Bogart and Chief Investment Officer Jonathan Molot each buy 50,000 shares at 483.05p, together worth GBP483,046, on Tuesday. Bogart now holds 9.0 million shares, a 4.1% stake, and Molot 9.6 million, 4.4%.
