(Alliance News) - Telford Homes PLC on Thursday said the UK Court has sanctioned its takeover by CBRE Group Inc.
In July, the housebuilder agreed to a 350 pence per share offer from CBRE, valuing the company at GBP267.4 million on a fully diluted basis.
Shares in Telford will be suspended on Tuesday next week and cancelled on Wednesday. Telford shares were up marginally at 349.52 pence each on Thursday afternoon in London.
