UK Court Grants Vordere Injunction Against Three Former Directors

23rd Dec 2019 17:50

(Alliance News) - Germany-focused property investment company Vordere PLC on Monday said the High Court of Justice in London granted the firm an injunction against three of its former directors.

The injunction prevents one-time chief executive Nicholas Hofgren and former non-executive directors Stuart Cheek and Graeme Johnson from deleting or destroying any company documents that they possess.

Vordere says this ensures it has "has access to complete records" of the trio who were ousted by the firm earlier this year.

Shares in Vordere are currently suspended. In early July, the company requested that its shares be temporarily suspended from London Main Market trading so that it could assess its financial position.
