LONDON (Alliance News) - Ubisense Group PLC on Thursday said Non-Executive Chairman Peter Harverson is taking a temporary leave of absence in order to receive medical treatment.
The software company said Non-Executive Director Paul Taylor has agreed to become acting non-executive chairman during Harverson's absence.
"The board wishes Peter a quick and full recovery, and looks forward to welcoming him back to the business in due course," Ubisense said in the statement.
Shares in Ubisense were untraded on Thursday, last quoted at 69.50 pence each.
