(Alliance News) - UAE Oil Services PLC said Monday it signed a GBP100,000 loan facility agreement with Blue Rock Investment LLC.
The facility has an interest rate of 5% and a period of five years.
Blue Rock is 50% owned by Khalifa Hasan Ali Saleh Al Hammadi, who also owns a 38% stake in UAE Oil Services.
Shares in UAE Oil Services closed untraded at 700.00 pence in London on Monday.
