LONDON (Alliance News) - Two Shields Investments PLC on Monday said it appointed John Taylor as non-executive director.
Taylor currently works with a group who assists small cap technology stocks with their development, the investment firm explained.
Prior to that he spent eighteen months working in private equity backed portfolio companies, driving operational turnaround initiatives and implementing costing systems.
He joined the board of Kin Group PLC, subsequently renamed Bidstack Group PLC, in November 2017 as a non-executive director, and Sabien Technology Group PLC in December 2018 as interim non-executive chairman.
Two Shields shares were trading up 0.1% at 0.090 pence each.
