LONDON (Alliance News) - Trendit Ltd Wednesday said it has received a loan of ILS200,000, equivalent to USD53,008, from an undisclosed Israeli bank.
The company said that this loan will be returned from an expected VAT tax return it is expecting to receive in the next few weeks of the sum of ILS300,000, or USD79,512.
Trendit said the loan was received subject to personal guarantees provided by its two controlling shareholders, Josh Rurka and Ehud Tuvia Ginati.
Shares in Trendit closed up 33% at 6.00 pence Wednesday.
