LONDON (Alliance News) - Analytics technology firm Trendit Ltd on Tuesday named Lior Romano, the founder and chief executive of mobile applications developer Contacts+, as interim CEO of Trendit until a permanent replacement is found.
Romano, who was also appointed to the board as an executive director, will take over the role of CEO from Benny Saban. Saban notified the board of his resignation last week, and Trendit said Saban will step down at the beginning of May.
Trendit said it will benefit from Romano's expertise as it seeks to develop commercial ties in the mobile application space.
Shares in Trendit were untraded on Tuesday, having last traded at 6.75 pence.
