TRADING UPDATES: tinyBuild revenue ahead of view; Vianet wins US deal

5th Feb 2026 11:58

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Thursday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

tinyBuild Inc - Bellevue, Washington-based video game developer and publisher - Revenue is "trading slightly ahead of expectations", as the video game market slowly moves out of a "deep trough". Better-than-expected revenue means positive earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation for the second half of the year. "The pipeline for 2026 and beyond is strong," tinyBuild says. "The evolving global macroeconomic situation, and the continued conflict in Ukraine, impose caution and vigilance in the medium and long term. In particular, tinyBuild carefully assesses the position of its staff, its exposure in terms of revenues and any other factor that may have an impact on the business."

----------

Vianet Group PLC - Stockton-on-Tees, England-based provider of retail sales and volume monitoring systems - Vianet wins a deal in the US, with a "large full-service restaurant company". Vianet will provide its beverage metrics inventory offering in multiple locations. "The initial deployment, which is expected to be completed in Q1 of the upcoming financial year, will not impact the group's current year's financials," the firm says. Vianet says its units are "expanding their installation footprint", however, pipeline conversion has been slower than previously predicted. "We expect the profit for FY2026 to align with the previous year's performance primarily due to a slower rate of deployment, ongoing strategic investments in the beverage metrics platform, and the discontinued ERP platform income," Vianet adds. In the year ended March 31, 2025, Vianet achieved pretax profit of GBP930,000.

----------

Petards Group PLC - Guildford, England-based security, communication and surveillance systems developer - Petards says an improvement in its trading in the first half of 2025 continued in the second. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation for 2025 is expected to be in line with current market expectations. Adjusted Ebitda of GBP1.0 million is expected, up from GBP400,000. Revenue growth of 24% to GBP14.9 million from GBP12.0 million is forecast. "The overall improvement in trading in 2025 reflected an upturn in trading at Petards Rail and Petards Defence, with both seeing increases in revenue and profitability over the prior year, and a profitable maiden full year's contribution from Affini," Petards says.

----------

Spectra Systems Corp - Providence, Rhode Island-based company provides technology for secure transactions from banknotes to gaming - It has officially penned a UK HMRC deal for the supply of vape duty stamps. The estimated value of the deal is GBP32 million, based on a five-year term and an option for an additional year. "Under the finalised executed contract terms, Spectra will be providing additional services and now expects its portion of the contract value to be approximately 22% of the total five-year revenue," Spectra says.

----------

Seeen PLC - London-based social media and technology company - Seeen strikes a partnership with Bromley FC, a London-based football team. Seeen will provide its "smart video solutions to transform Bromley's standard video highlights and interviews into interactive, revenue-generating assets". The deal runs through to the end of 2027. "Partnering with Bromley FC at such a pivotal moment in their history, as they lead the charge in League Two, is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our AI interactive video platform," Seeen Chief Executive Officer Adrian Hargrave says. Bromley lead League Two, the fourth tier of English football, leaving them well-placed for promotion to League One for the first time.

----------

CT Automotive Group PLC - Portsmouth, England-based maker of interior components for the automotive industry - CT Automotive expects to report 2025 revenue of USD113 million, in line with consensus, and adjusted pretax profit of USD10.0 million, just shy of consensus of USD10.5 million. In 2024, it achieved revenue of USD119.7 million and an adjusted pretax profit of USD8.7 million. "Whilst revenues were broadly unchanged from the prior year, reflecting ongoing market uncertainty, CT Automotive has significantly improved underlying profit before tax for the third consecutive year demonstrating that our relentless focus on operational efficiency is delivering sustained results," CT says. "Looking ahead the group is well positioned for FY26. The successful completion of multiple major program launches in Mexico, improving operational execution across all facilities, and a continued focus on cash discipline and working capital management provide a solid foundation for the year ahead." CT says it is taking a "conservative approach" to 2026 amid market uncertainty. Revenue and profit is now expected to be "modestly ahead of" 2025.

----------

EnSilica PLC - Oxford, England-based computer chip maker - EnSilica reports a contract with Siemens AG reaches "the production tape-out milestone". The deal is for the design and supply of application specific integrated circuits. "This milestone marks the completion of the design phase and the release of final data to the semiconductor foundry to commence manufacturing of the production tooling and first samples. It represents a significant step towards volume production of the ASIC, where production of the ASIC is scheduled to begin ramping up in January 2027, earlier than initially expected," EnSilica adds.

----------

Medpal AI PLC - London-based digital health and AI company - Medpal AI's pharmacy operations dispensed 36,951 items last month, up 11% from 33,433 in December. "Based on an average item value of GBP9.70, this volume of activity continues to support monthly pharmacy revenue in excess of GBP350,000 per month," Medpal AI says. "This sustained growth in dispensing volumes further demonstrates the effectiveness of the company's advanced AI triage system and state-of-the-art robotic dispensing infrastructure, together with increasing patient demand for both NHS and private prescription services, including through the MedPal.clinic weight-loss platform."

----------

Futura Medical PLC - Guildford, Surrey-based developer of sexual health products - Futura Medical is granted a notice of allowance in US for a continuation patent. It provides "additional protection" for the Eroxon erectile dysfunction treatment and the WSD4000 product designed to treat impaired sexual response in women. It provides protection in the US until 2040. "The new patent contains formulation claims that means the company is confident that the granting of the patent (which is now expected before the end of Q2 2026) will trigger a US patent milestone payment of USD2.5 million under the terms of the company's existing licence agreement with Haleon [PLC]," Futura says.

----------

Lexington Gold Ltd - gold explorer, with assets in the US and South Africa - Jelani Resources (Pty) Ltd, its joint-venture alongside Harmony Gold Mining Co Ltd, has begun a mining right application process. Bara Consulting (Pty) Ltd is preparing a technical report which sets out some of the JV's "technical fundamentals and development options". "The advanced draft Bara Consulting Study is currently undergoing Harmony's internal review and approval process as required under the JV's governance framework," Lexington says. "Contractors have been appointed and have commenced work on the requisite environmental, social, heritage and baseline studies forming part of the formal mining right application under Section 22 of the MPRDA. Submission expected by Q2 2026, marking an important procedural step." MPRDA is South Africa's mineral & petroleum resources development act.
