TRADING UPDATES: Symphony Environmental signs consultancy deal

Symphony Environmental Technologies PLC - Hertfordshire, England-based biodegradable plastic technology developer - The firm enters a consultancy and sales agreement with a resident of the Dominican Republic. The consultant will act as an ambassador for the company in the English Caribbean region. The consultant is to be granted options over 200,000 shares in the company in lieu of cash remuneration. They have an exercise price of 20p.

Petro Matad Ltd - petroleum exploration, development and production in Mongolia - Petro Matad reports production at Block XX continues in line with expectations, averaging 161 barrels of oil per day through 2025. The output rate is ahead of its initial expectations. Gazelle-1 is now producing approximately 135 bopd at an up to 180 bpd pump setting, "with the reservoir still showing good deliverability". Talks are nearing completion with a potential farm-in partner for Block XX, and discussions continue "with other potentially interested farm-in partners for Block XX and for Block VII." Also, all production revenue previously witheld by PetroChina over their oil sales agreement has been paid, totalling USD1.0 million, and Petro Matad says wording is being finalised for the 2026 agreement. Furthermore, Petro Matad says SunSteppe Renewable Energy's 200 megawatt hybrid wind, solar, and battery energy storage project in Mongolia's Tuv Province is progressing well.

Harena Rare Earths PLC - rare earths company focused on the Ampasindava ionic clay rare earth project in Madagascar - Raises GBP2.0 million through a direct subscription of 90.9 million shares at a price of 2.20 pence each. "The net proceeds of the subscription will be used for the continuation of development work on the Ampasindava project, engagement with the US International Development Finance Corp and for ongoing working capital requirements," Harena adds.

Celsius Resources Ltd - Philippines-focused gold and copper producer - Peter Hume, its long-standing non-executive director, becomes interim chair. "Peter has been involved with the [Maalinao-Caigutan-Biyog copper-gold project] prior to its acquisition and inception into Celsius. He has played a central role in the project's advancement from its earliest stages and has been instrumental in guiding its technical, permitting and strategic development in country," Celsius adds. Celsius says it is progressing three offers for the Opuwo project, which it owns 95% of. The three offerors form part of a "number of groups [that] have been actively conducting due-diligence activities". Celsius has also kicked off a process to delist from the Namibia Securities exchange. Meanwhile, Celsius subsidiary Makilala Holding Ltd exercised its rights to require Sodor Inc to relinquish a 60% shareholding in Makilala Mining Co Inc, a Philippine affiliate of Celsius. "The company is implementing a revised ownership structure for MMCI in accordance with applicable Philippine Securities & Exchange Commission requirements and Philippine national government guidelines including filings and registrations with the Philippines Securities & Exchange Commission," it adds.

Upland Resources Ltd - oil and gas company focused on Sarawak, Malaysia - Upland completes a placing, raising GBP2.0 million at 3.5 pence per share. It notes GBP500,00 was subscribed by four strategic and existing shareholders, "reflecting continued external support from long-term aligned investors". "In addition, directors, executives, senior management and members of the company's geological team participated in the fundraising for approximately GBP1.5 million, underscoring strong internal conviction in the scale, quality and value potential of the assets being advanced," Upland adds. "The placing provides growth capital to secure the company's participation in two high-impact onshore licence opportunities in Southeast Asia, both currently under exclusive and direct negotiation with the relevant authorities. These assets represent material scale, significant oil and gas in place, and strategic positioning within proven producing basins."

Triple Point Venture VCT PLC - investor in early-stage small and medium-sized enterprises - Due to "strong investor demand", the firm increases the size of a fundraise. The subscription offer now is sized at GBP10 million, with a GBP35 million over-allotment facility. There was previously a GBP20 million over-allotment.

Everest Global PLC - Investor focused on the food and beverage distribution sector - Everest Global extends the maturity of GBP552,163 of convertible loan notes, originally issued in 2018 and 2021. The maturity date has been pushed to March 31.

Sundae Bar PLC - operator of a unified marketplace for artificial intelligence agents - Sundae Bar launches the OpenClaw Deployment Service for Enterprise offering. It offers the design, secure deployment and benchmarking" of AI agents. "The service aims to provide structured deployment infrastructure and expertise, enabling enterprise customers to deploy OpenClaw agents and capitalise on recent major breakthroughs in agent capabilities. OpenClaw is an open-source autonomous agent framework and is not affiliated with the company," Sundae Bar says. "OpenClaw is an open-source agent framework that has gained significant developer traction and is increasingly used to build autonomous agents capable of executing multi-step workflows with integrated tool use."

Connecting Excellence Group PLC - Leeds-based international executive recruitment firm with a bitcoin treasury policy - Shares have begun trading on the OTC Venture Market in the US. "The board believes that admission to trading on the OTCQB will open XCE up to a significantly larger pool of investors which is already familiar with listed Bitcoin treasury model, helping to enhance liquidity and broaden the shareholder base," Connecting Excellence says.
