Europa Oil & Gas Holdings PLC - UK and Ireland-focused oil and gas exploration, development and production company - The Ministry of Hydrocarbons and Mining Development for Equatorial Guinea grants a 12-month extension to the first exploration sub-period for Europa's EG-08 production sharing contract, offshore Equatorial Guinea, through to October 4 2027. The first exploration sub-period had been due to expire on October 4 2026. Says the extension provides additional time to complete its proposed farm-out agreement and progress preparations for drilling the Barracuda well.

----------

Halo Minerals PLC - London-based mineral development company - Announces an updated competent person's report for its Playa Verde copper tailings project in Chile. The CPR increases the Ore Reserve by 5.4% to 33.94 million tonnes. Says the ore reserve alone supports an after-tax net present value at a 10% discount rate of USD174.3 million and an after-tax internal rate of return of approximately 46%. Total mineral resources are 53.44 million at 0.24% copper, inclusive of ore reserves, containing 127,911 tonnes of in-situ fine copper, Halo says. Meanwhile, a separate full-resource management case, using the full 53.44 million tonnes onshore mineral resource, produces an after-tax NPV10 of USD267.5 million and an after-tax IRR of 48%. Chief Executive Officer Andrew Dennan says: "The CPR also sets out the potential beyond the current ore reserve. This includes the wider onshore mineral resource, identified capital and operating cost improvements, and the potential to convert further resources into reserves. These costed opportunities demonstrate the potential to deliver a project NPV10 in the orders of magnitude of around USD300 million. The project also has a longer-term ambition to incorporate the surf and bay zones, which host the potential to significantly increase the project resource base, and will be modelled at an appropriate time in the future. With the updated technical work substantially advanced, Halo is focused on completing the remaining optimisation, commercial and financing work required to progress Playa Verde towards a final investment decision."

This is in addition to the previously announced firm placing, the conditional placing and subscription. In total, raises GBP7 million through the issue of 28.2 million shares at 25 pence each. Chief Executive Officer Robin Birchall says: "This is a fantastic result for the company and a validation of the high quality of our copper exploration portfolio in both Namibia and Botswana...We believe that the emerging copper belts in Africa represent some of the world's last under-explored, large-scale copper frontiers. Our work in Namibia's Kaoko Basin to date has delineated multiple high-grade copper-silver prospects over significant strike length, which we believe indicates signs of a large fertile mineralised district, and the 20,000 metres drilling programme gives us the opportunity to properly test this system and work towards a maiden resource estimate in 2027. Similarly, we are well positioned in Botswana, where we are aiming to establish the mineralised contact on our licences closest to the Khoemacau operation in the Kalahari Copper Belt, and we can also continue our evaluation of the interesting Duekoue copper-molybdenum-gold anomalies in [the Ivory Coast]. Drill rig mobilisation to Namibia expected to begin at the start of November.

----------

Richmond Hill Resources PLC - London-based holding company focused on copper exploration in Canada - Raises GBP285,010 gross through a placing of 25.9 million shares at 1.1 pence each. Proceeds will serve as general working capital and finance planned drilling at the company's flagship Sakoose target within the Martello Gold Project. Says it is considering a retail offer. Additionally, says it has secured an additional 41 claims at the Martello Gold Project via staking at nominal cost. The project now consists of 202 claims equalling circa 6,750 hectares. At Sakoose, expects drilling to commence by November 30.
