Sealand Capital Galaxy Ltd - Asia-focused digital investor that offers financial and strategic support to entrepreneurs - Secures two new brand engagement contracts. First is with Silllk Aromas Beauty in mainland China. Another is with Missguided Beauty in mainland China but also in Hong Kong and Macau. Also expands presence in Tmall, a Chinese-language website for online retail.

Altus Strategies PLC - Didcot, England-based mining royalty company - Says 14 hard rock artisanal gold workings discovered across two projects in Egypt. Says workings are up to 30 metres wide and 100 metres long. "We are pleased to report that, following recent reconnaissance exploration by the company's Egyptian field team, 14 hard rock gold workings have been discovered at the Gabal Al-Shaluhl and Wadi Jundi projects, with an additional 35 targets still to be visited," Chief Executive Steven Poulton says.

Arc Minerals Ltd - copper and cobalt explorer in Zambia - Says an ex-parte order in relation to Zamsort Ltd and Handa Resources Ltd, two Arc units, has been set aside by a court in Arc's favour. Arc notes the order purported to prevent Zamsort and Handa from "disposing of, alienating or encumbering" mineral tenements.

Orosur Mining Inc - South American gold exploration and development company - Receives assey results for five more diamond drillholes at Anza asset, Colombia. "The decision by our partners to take over operatorship of Anza was both positive and welcome, being testament to how two of the world's largest gold miners see the region. The handover process is substantially complete. The financial and technical resources that can now be brought to bear are without parallel and we look forward to them substantially ramping up activity," Chief Executive Brad George says. Notes that of company's land package, two major areas are still at application stage, these are areas which contain the La Cejita and Jesuitas prospects. Orosur adds: "With acceleration of work under the exploration agreement, it is hoped to advance these into granted status as quickly as possible, however this process requires, among other things, substantial public hearings, which have only recently begun again, after a long abeyance during Covid-19. The company is currently seeking to accelerate this process now that Covid-19 is beginning to abate in the region."

Panther Metals PLC - Malaysia-based company focused on mineral exploration in Canada and Australia - Reports soil sampling survey results from Dotted Lake. Succeeds in delineating a 1.3 kilometre zone of shear-related gold. In addition, "further four distinct gold anomalies" spotted. "Whilst we wait for the core from Panther's Dotted Lake diamond drill hole to be assayed, we are planning a work programme to follow-up on these exciting findings, and we look forward to sharing more information in due course," Chief Executive Darren Hazelwood says.

Xtract Resources PLC - London-based metals and minerals producer - Says drillholes BRDD-21-024 and BRDD-21-025 of Racecourse prospect spot "visible copper mineralisation". BRDD-21-025, meanwhile, "may indicate the potential for a cluster of mineralised porphyry intrusions".

Pembridge Resources PLC - London-based investor in Minto Explorations Ltd - Says Minto Explorations to move forward with reverse takeover of 1246778 BC Ltd. Duo strike "amended and restated amalgamation agreement". Pembridge adds: "The amended and restated amalgamation agreement now agreed between Minto and 778 reflects certain changes since the original amalgamation agreement dated 14 June 2021 in relation to the reverse takeover of 778 by Minto, which will form a resulting issuer to be named Minto Metals Corp. The main change is that Minto will implement a share consolidation on a ratio of one post-consolidation share to every 12 pre-consolidation shares."

Katoro Gold PLC - gold and nickel exploration and development company - Receives request from Target Mine Consulting to extend delivery of initial public offering documentation in relation to float of Blyvoor joint venture. "The request was made on account of delays caused by local elections recently held in South Africa," Katoro says. Extension granted until November 30.

GreenRoc Mining PLC - miner with projects in Greenland - Updates on field programme at Kalaaq, part of Amitsoq graphite project. Says "substantial zones of mineralisation confirmed and extended at the Kalaaq deposit." GreenRoc adds: "New zones of mineralisation have been discovered, and greater confidence in the continuity of the previously identified zones achieved through channel sampling, grab sampling and beep mat surveys." GreenRoc was established as a spin-off of Alba Mineral Resources PLC, which notes Tuesday's announcement.

Yellow Cake PLC - Jersey-based investor in uranium - Says value of triuranium octoxide held by company rose 39% over quarter ended September 30 to USD595.8 million from USD427.1 million at the end of June. Estimated net asset value at September 30 is GBP3.26 per share. "Our conviction in the case for holding uranium and the longer term price outlook remains very strong, driven by the combination of supply demand characteristics and the growing appreciation of the role of nuclear in our clean energy future," Chief Executive Andre Liebenberg says.

Mobeus Income & Growth VCT PLC - venture capital trust managed by Gresham House Asset Management Ltd - Says net asset value per share at September 30 declines to 83.47 pence from 85.56p in June. "The NAV per share decreased by 2.09 pence over the quarter, principally due to an interim dividend for the 2021 financial year of 5.00 pence per share which was paid on 12 July 2021," company says.

BP Marsh & Partners PLC - investor in early stage financial services businesses - Investee company Nexus Underwriting Management Ltd completes acquisition of Peter Hill Credit & Financial Risks Ltd. "Peter Hill is a UK Trade Credit and Surety broker based in Northampton," BP adds.

APQ Global Ltd - Guernsey-based emerging markets investor - To repurchase convertible preference shares. To make offer to repurchase all 268,000 convertible preference shares for 2.99 US cents each, about USD80,000 in total.

Aberdeen New Thai Investment Trust PLC - investment firm - Says vote wind-up company voluntarily and appoint joint liquidators receives support of just under 99% at second general meeting. Trading of reclassified shares were suspended on Tuesday and company notifies London Stock Exchange of intention to cancel admission of shares on Thursday.

Arena Events Group PLC - Services major events, supplying things such as temporary physical structures and seating - Says Premier Fund Managers Ltd, which backs Arena Events takeover by IHC Industrial Holding LLC and Tasheel Holding Group LLC, sells 5.0 million shares. Premier, which had held 19.4 million shares, had given irrevocable undertakings in support of takeover. It now holds 14.4 million shares, "thereby reducing the number of shares that it was able to grant the undertaking". Therefore, Arena Events suitor has received irrevocable undertakings and letters of intent worth just under 33% of Arena Events existing issued ordinary share capital, and 43% of scheme shares. Arena Events in October agreed to a GBP95.1 million takeover.

PureTech Health PLC - Massachusetts, US-based biotechnology company - Says founded entity Karuna Therapeutics Inc, alongside Zai Lab Ltd, strikes license agreement for development, manufacturing and commercialisation of KarXT in Greater China. This includes mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan. Karuna receives upfront USD35 million payment and could receive additional USD80 million in development and regulatory milestones. PureTech adds: "Karuna is also eligible to receive up to USD72 million in sales milestones and low-double-digit to high-teens tiered royalties based on annual net sales of KarXT in Greater China. Zai Lab will fund substantially all development, regulatory, and commercialisation activities in Greater China. PureTech is eligible to receive certain payments from Karuna under its license agreement, including sublicense payments and royalties on any sales of KarXT," PureTech says.

Syncona Ltd - London-based investment trust focussed on healthcare - Notes Sanofi SA commits to invest up to USD60.0 million in Gyroscope. "Investment further validates the potential of Gyroscope's gene therapy GT005 for the treatment of Geographic Atrophy, one of the world's leading causes of blindness, and supports its ongoing Phase II development programme," Syncona says. Following financing, Syncona's ownership in Gyroscope will be 49%, valued at GBP153.5 million.
