24th Jul 2026 11:47

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Wednesday and Thursday, and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Tavistock Investments PLC - Ascot, England-based financial advice and investment management firm - Reaches a confidential settlement with Titan Wealth Services Ltd over legal proceedings between the companies, their group companies, affiliates and directors. The agreement resolves all claims and counterclaims, with the terms of the settlement remaining confidential and no further details to be disclosed.

----------

Cizzle Biotechnology Holdings PLC - London-based life sciences company engaged in developing a blood test for the early detection of the different forms of lung cancer - Its North American licensing partner, Cizzle Bio Inc, has launched commercial sales of the company's CIZ1B biomarker blood test for lung cancer to licensed healthcare providers across the Dallas-Fort Worth and San Antonio metropolitan areas in Texas. The rollout follows laboratory validation and CLIA approval at OmniHealth Diagnostics, with Cizzle Bio planning to expand physician access through additional CLIA-certified laboratory partners across the US in the coming months.

----------

Gunsynd PLC on Tuesday - investor in the natural resource sector - Notes positive phase 1 exploration results from the Eagle Lake gold project in Ontario, Canada, where investee Talon Resources has confirmed gold mineralisation across multiple priority targets ahead of a maiden 1,000-metre diamond drilling programme planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. Highlights include channel sampling of 1.85 metres at 7.17 grammes per tonne gold, including 0.50 metres at 24.40 g/t, and a best grab sample of 32.90 g/t gold at Parker Shear. Talon also identified a new mineralised target, Moss Knoll, with results to be integrated into drill targeting.

----------

Amcomri Group PLC - London-based specialist engineering services and industrial manufacturing group - Says an oversubscribed placing of 7.4 million existing shares has raised around GBP10.0 million for selling shareholders at 135 pence per share. The sale reduces the holdings of Chief Executive Hugh Whitcomb, Chief Operating Officer Mark O'Neill, Deputy Chair Paul McGowan and significant shareholder Jeffrey Hecktman, while all selling shareholders have agreed not to dispose of further shares for 12 months, subject to customary exceptions.

----------

Wolfram Resources PLC - Acquisition vehicle targeting critical minerals, formerly Miotal PLC - Says it is evaluating potential exploration assets as part of its revised strategy focused on the precious and strategic metals sector. The company has begun technical, legal and commercial due diligence on several acquisition targets, including licensed precious metals exploration assets in Central Asia, and says it will provide further updates as appropriate.

----------

Meridian Mining PLC - London-based company focused on the Cabacal gold-copper project in Brazil - Says a dispute with Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust over the interpretation and application of deductions under the concession agreement at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Greenwich, is expected to proceed to formal dispute proceedings. The company says the matter is not a trigger event or event of default under its bond trust deed and will not materially affect its financial position or ability to service its debt, with settlement discussions on other issues continuing.

----------

Team PLC - Jersey-based wealth, asset management and financial services - Says it has settled the final deferred consideration for its December 2023 acquisition of Neba Financial Solutions through the issue of 1.9 million new shares at 15 pence each to Neba founder and Team executive director John Beverley.

----------

Scancell Holdings PLC - Oxford-based pharmaceutical company focused on cancer immunotherapies - Increases its UK placing to GBP13.0 million from the GBP9.0 million initially targeted after the fundraising was significantly oversubscribed. The company issues 144.4 million new shares, representing around 13.9% of its existing share capital, saying the additional proceeds will strengthen its balance sheet and extend its cash runway into the third quarter of 2027, excluding the impact of its planned US listing transactions. A retail offer to raise up to a further GBP2.3 million remains open until Friday. On Thursday, Scancell also agrees to merge with a Nasdaq-listed special purpose acquisition company in a deal that will see the combined company listed on Nasdaq in New York.
