25th Aug 2026 20:45

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of earnings and trading updates by London-listed companies, issued on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

ALT Resources PLC - mining royalty and streaming company - Executes two binding option agreements in respect of the Freedom gold mine in North Queensland, Australia, owned by Freedom Metals Pty Ltd. Under the agreements, ALT has the right to acquire a gold stream over up to 50% of gold production from the project and a 50% equity interest in Freedom. Says it intends to exercise the options conditional upon, and immediately following admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Targets admission in or around October 2026, although there can be no assurance that admission will occur within this timeframe. First gold production is targeted around the first quarter of 2027. Separately, says discussions regarding a proposed joint venture with Tartana Resources Ltd in relation to Tartana's copper sulphate operations conclude without an agreement. Says no material costs have been incurred in respect of the discussions.

Emmerson PLC - developer of the Khemisset potash mine in Morocco - Says following the rejection of Morocco's application for bifurcation of the case in July, the tribunal confirms the procedural calendar for the remainder of the arbitration. Due in January 2027, is Morocco's counter-memorial, in which it will set out its defences and jurisdictional objections to the claims and provide supporting evidence. Emmerson's reply is due in October 2027. Morocco's rejoinder is then due in January 2028. The hearing will take place from 17-26 July 2028. The company's subsidiaries, Khemisset UK Ltd and Potasse de Khemisset SA, are pursuing arbitration against Morocco before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes. The claim seeks USD1.215 billion, net of local taxes and including interest, in compensation for alleged losses caused by Morocco's breaches of the UK-Morocco bilateral investment treaty. The subsidiaries allege Morocco unlawfully expropriated the Khemisset project and failed to provide fair and equitable treatment, full protection and security, and protection from discriminatory measures.

Synergia Energy Ltd - West Perth, Australia-based oil and gas company - Updates on its Cambay production sharing contract. Says following the workover of the C-19z, C-64 and C-74 legacy wells, a program to tie in associated gas via a newly constructed in-field pipeline network to the C-73 gas export facility has been completed. "For the last 3.5 years, gas has been produced and exported from the C-77H and C-73 wells. Currently, associated gas from the C-19z and C-64 wells is being co-mingled with the long-term C-73 and C-77H gas wells, with a total gas production of 124 thousand standard cubic feet per day as of August 23. It is anticipated that this will rise to circa 200 Mscfd when the associated gas from the C-74 well is brought online over the coming days. The associated gas from the C-08 well has yet to be tied in," company says.

Based on this estimate and pending completion of Eco's acquisition of JHI Associates, Inc, Eco's share of the 2U prospective resource of PL001 will be approximately 225 MMbbl in the drilling success case. Navitas notes that in a success case this target could be tied back to the Sea Lion platform," Eco says. Navitas notes that several additional prospects are not yet included in the resource reports.
