RC Fornax PLC - provider of engineering solutions to the UK defence industry - RC Fornax says it has been accepted into the Aurora Engineering Partnership. RC Fornax is to be a specialist provider on Evolve, a UK defence engineering framework. "Our selection as a specialist provider on Aurora's Evolve network reflects the continued confidence placed in RC Fornax's specialist engineering capability and delivery model. It maintains our access to an important route for ongoing customer engagement and represents the next step in the progression of our bidding activity following the operational improvements implemented in recent months," Chief Executive Officer Paul Reeves says.

Angus Energy PLC - focused on Saltfleetby gas field in Lincolnshire and oil assets in Weald Basin in southern England - Angus Energy hails a "substantial" hike in Saltfleetby output in the fourth quarter of last year. Output equated to 1.66 million therms per month, up from 1.39 million in the third quarter. Gas condensate production averaged 84 barrels per day, rising from 69.5 in the third quarter. Oil volumes produced at the Brockham field were 4,577 barrels for October, November and December, a rise of 26% from the third quarter's 3,632. Revenue during the quarter climbs 28% on-quarter to GBP4.1 million.

Kendrick Resources PLC - Scandinavia-focused mineral exploration and development company - Enters into option to acquire no less than a 70% stake in rare earth assets in Namibia. "The two license areas are known as Twyfelskupje and Keishohe and are hosted within a carbonatite and alkaline intrusive structural corridor," Kendrick adds. The option has been agreed with Bonya Exploration Pty Namibia and an exclusivity is valid until May 19. Kendrick adds: "Work will commence immediately on assaying, currently available but unassayed core, further trenching and identification of drilling targets. Kendrick will concurrently carry out all necessary legal, financial and regulatory checks before determining whether to exercise the option."

Landore Resources Ltd - North America-focused precious, base and battery metal exploration and development company - Releases its updated mineral resource estimates for its flagship BAM gold project on its Junior Lake property in Ontario. The updated BAM MRE is 622,300 ounces of gold indicated and 33,700 ounces of gold inferred, down 21% and 53%, respectively, from the inside-pit equivalent estimates reported in 2022. The North America-focused precious, base and battery metal exploration and development company says it is considering all strategic options, including a full exit from the Junior Lake asset. Company currently intends to continue exploration activities, however. Shares were restored to trading on AIM on Thursday, having been suspended at the start of the year, pending the MRE.

Prospex Energy PLC - Europe-focused gas and power project investor - It notes a deal for the rental of a transformer at the El Romeral gas-to-power plant in Andalusia, Spain. It allows the plan to "resume electricity generation and sales". "The transformer is to be delivered on site and installed before the end of January 2026. The rental transformer will be on contract until the delivery of the new electricity transformer which was ordered from a supplier in Spain last November," Prospex adds.

Lendinvest PLC - London-based platform for property finance - Lendinvest reports the launch of a new funding deal with asset-based private credit firm Castlelake. The pact allows Castlelake to purchase up to GBP250 million in loans, enabling LendInvest to boost its bridging offering. "The new funding represents a significant evolution of LendInvest's funding stack, specifically optimising LendInvest's bridging solutions. The arrangement increases LendInvest's capacity for larger, more complex loans - including the ability to fund individual projects up to GBP15 million - while simultaneously unlocking a greater capability in regulated bridging loans and other areas such as Development Exit financing," LendInvest says.

Great Western Mining Corp PLC - Nevada-focused gold, silver and copper explorer - GWM report six reverse circulation holes have been successfully drilled at the West Huntoon asset in Nevada, "providing valuable new insights into the precious and base metal mineralisation". It notes confirmation of precious metal mineralisation in the Crown Point area, a "major advance for the company". Chair Brian Hall says this will add "an important new dimension to our 2026 exploration plans as we move forward".

eEnergy Group PLC - London-based net zero energy services provider - The firm is awarded an energy performance contract with Symphony Healthcare Services Ltd, part of the Somerset NHS Foundation Trust in the UK. The pact covers LED lighting upgrades across 18 GP surgeries and the deal is worth GBP700,000. Separately, eEnergy says on Friday says it expects to report a surge in adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation for 2025, rising to GBP1.7 million from GBP600,000. Revenue is to decline to GBP23.0 million from GBP25.1 million. eEenergy notes it optimised its cost base, aiding profit. It also hails a "record contracted" year end order book of GBP14.0 million, up from GBP7.0 million 12 months prior.

Flowtech Fluidpower PLC - Cheshire, England-based valves and hydraulic components maker - Flowtech raises GBP600,000 from a retail offer. It will issue just under 1.2 million shares in the offer. In total, the retail offer and placing raises GBP9.6 million.

MedPal AI PLC - London-based digital health and AI company focused on wellness management - Hails a "substantial improvement in dispensing efficiency" in its pharmacy subsidiary, MedPal Ltd. It notes a 30-fold efficiency increase after "server technology updates and upgrades". "Previously it took an hour to process 40 prescriptions, but with the update in place, the Robopharma robot is capable of processing more than 100 prescriptions in less than 5 minutes," MedPal says.

GENinCode PLC - Oxford-based genetic testing company, focused on cardiovascular disease and ovarian cancer prevention - Raises GBP3.9 million from the issue of 388.1 million shares in a placing and subscription at 1 pence each. It announced the fundraise on Wednesday, to go towards its US commercialisation and scale-up program, its EU and UK expansion programme and the costs of the fundraising and general working capital.

Ondine Biomedical Inc - Vancouver, Canada-based life sciences company - Says its Steriwave nasal photodisinfection offering has been deployed in an ear, nose and throat group which operates surgeries in Madrid and Malaga, Spain. "For patients with chronic sinusitis, whose microbiomes are already fragile, Steriwave rapidly destroys dangerous pathogens while allowing for the rapid recovery of the natural flora that supports long-term well-being. Logistics Development Group PLC - investment company focused on logistics assets - Finsbury Food Group Ltd, in which it holds just over a 25% stake, seals a refinancing and return of capital. LDG notes GBP11.4 million has been received by its subsidiary Fixtaia, de-risking its original capital investment to GBP2.8 million. The original investment was GBP14.2 million. LGD says its stake in Finsbury Good is unchanged. It reallocates GBP10 million from the Finsbury Food return to WS Holdco Ltd, a holding company of a group of firms established by DBAY Advisors Ltd. "Under the leadership of William Stobart, WS Group is pursuing a buy-and-build strategy aimed at creating a UK-focused national logistics platform," LDG says. WS has acquired just over 78% ofAlternative Parcels Co Ltd, a UK independent parcel delivery network. "Parcel volumes are currently well above expectations and management intends to invest in additional capacity, to support further growth," LDG adds. WS has also acquired 100% of William Stobart & Son, a provider of general transport and warehousing services and a 70% interest in WS Digital Freight, road forwarding business. In addition, WS has a 60% stake in Bis Henderson, "which specialises in white-collar recruitment for the logistics industry". Meanwhile, LDG notes its Alliance Pharma Ltd investee has sold its prescription products portfolio to two strategic buyers, making it a pure-play consumer healthcare platform. LDG owns just under 25% of Alliance Pharma.

Golden Rock Global PLC - shell company - Agrees deal to buy SSS Matrix Corp a firm which operates in the "intersection of applied AI, commodity market and supply chain management" as well as blockchain-based digital finance and payment systems. "We are extremely impressed with the group's historical and continued success. Combined with the current leadership team, we will support the enlarged group's vision and ambitions. We look forward to working together and expect a successful admission to the London Stock Exchange, potentially adding significant shareholder value to both companies," Chair Paul Caroll says. The deal will be satisfied through an issue of new Golden Rock shares. Golden Rock shares are temporarily suspended from trading.
