Majestic Corporation PLC - recycler of precious and non-ferrous metals from used electronics and batteries - Wholly owned subsidiary, Telecycle Europe Ltd, enters into a lease agreement at Unit 1, Redwither Business Park, First Avenue, Wrexham, with Wrexham Holdings Ltd, a company wholly owned by Peter Lai, chair & chief executive of Majestic, for GBP130,000 per annum for a five-year term.

Northcoders Group PLC - Manchester-based software coding training provider - Its business-to-business consultancy division secures a series of new assignments, renewals and extensions with existing clients worth a total value of over GBP700,000. This includes new projects within different divisions of existing long-term clients, contributing more than GBP450,000 and renewals and extensions worth a further GBP250,000 in contracted revenue. The agreements include continued work with both corporate and government clients.

Buccaneer Energy PLC - Texas-focused exploration company, previously known as Nostra Terra Oil & Gas - Raises around GBP500,000 through a subscription and placing of 2.96 billion shares at 0.017p each. Some suppliers of the company have elected to receive shares as consideration for services provided, for which a further 250 million shares will be issued. The proceeds of the fundraising will be used towards the funding of the company's share of a bitcoin mining operation in the Fouke area. Separately, Buccaneer Energy announces the spud of the Allar 1 well in the Fouke area of the Pine Mills field. "Since successfully securing the rig for Allar 1 earlier this month, we have quickly moved to spud the well as we look to increase production and materially drive cash flow from our existing acreage in the Pine Mills field," says Chief Executive Paul Welch. In addition, announces the spud of the Allar number 1 well in the Fouke area of the Pine Mills Field.

Critical Metals PLC - developer and operator of the Molulu copper and cobalt project in the Democratic Republic of Congo - Says auditors, PKF Littlejohn LLP have advised that the audit process is near complete however the added company workload from the successful fundraise in August, changes in the management structure, and additional work that the company has been engaged in to initiate a more extensive revenue generation led to delays in providing the auditor adequate time to complete their tasks. Results for the financial year ended June will now be released on Tuesday. Until then shares will be suspended.

Nativo Resources PLC - Latin America-focused exploration company formerly known as Echo Energy, with interests in precious metals mining and production in Peru - Agrees a GBP2 million funding package with YA II PN Ltd, an institutional investor managed by Yorkville Advisors Global LP. The package includes a GBP200,000 equity investment in Nativo, an unsecured convertible loan note of GBP1.8 million with YA and an at-the-market equity issue with the company's corporate broker, AlbR Capital Ltd. "Our short-term focus is firmly on resuming gold mining and putting the processing plant into operation. The Yorkville Group funding and ATM facility will enable these goals," Nativo says. Proceeds will provide working capital to resume mining at the Bonanza Gold mine, to build and commission the La Patona Gold Ore Processing Plant and to initiate the feasibility study for the tailings deposit.

80 Mile PLC - metal and gas explorer - USFM Corp pays USD30 million for 51% of the Disko-Nuussuaq project in West Greenland. 80 Mile will act as the operator and will receive a management fee equal to 12.5% of the total expenditure as well as a GBP500,000 cash payment upon signing of definitive agreements. All funds are to be directed towards drilling rather than reprocessing data with a minimum of USD10 million to be spent on drilling related activities within 10 months of the signing of the deal.
