(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Alien Metals Ltd - London-based mining firm focused on Australia - Provides 12-month exploration work programme for its Georgina Basin iron-oxide copper-gold, IOCG, project in Northern Territory, Australia, with systematic assessment and ranking of over 90 conceptual IOCG targets across the about 2,500 square kilometre project. The firm updates project-wide target ranking, as it expects a decision on the next phase of drilling targeted for June 2027. Chief Executive Officer Vince Fayad says: "The Georgina project provides Alien with a substantial copper-gold exploration opportunity supported by significant prior exploration expenditure, an extensive technical dataset, more than 90 conceptual IOCG targets and three advanced prospects. Our 12-month programme is designed to systematically assess and rank these targets, refine the highest-priority anomalies and establish a technically robust pipeline of drill-ready opportunities while preserving capital."

ECR Minerals PLC - Australia-focused gold exploration and development company - Says legally binding conditional farm-in and joint venture agreements regarding the Creswick gold project in Victoria, Australia, announced back in September 2025 have now been executed by Bold Gold Resources Pty Ltd and ECR Minerals. The firm says the agreements establish a pathway for Bold Gold to invest up to AUD3 million, around USD2.1 million, into Creswick via an agreed staged earn-in structure, providing the potential for substantial third-party funding to advance "one of ECR's most prospective exploration assets within the Victorian goldfields." ECR Chair Nick Tulloch says: "This partnership allows ECR to continue executing its broader Australian strategy on multiple fronts. While Bold Gold advances Creswick through a well-funded exploration potential programme, ECR remains focused on progressing its Queensland portfolio towards production and development outcomes, particularly at Maddens and Blue Mountain, while also advancing exploration opportunities across Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia."

First Tin PLC - tin mine developer with projects in Germany and Australia - Says subsidiary Taronga Mines Pty Ltd completes an updated definitive feasibility study for its fully owned Taronga tin project in New South Wales, Australia. The updated DFS shows a substantial increase in project value, enhanced project quality and further de-risks the project via process design and permitting progress, First Tin says. Combined post-tax net present value is AUD246 million, using a conservative price of USD40,000 per tonne of tin, and is sharply higher than the figure of AUD98 million in the 2024 DFS. First Tin CEO Bill Scotting says: "This value enhancement reflects the work delivered by the team since the original DFS, including resource conversion, mine optimisation, process engineering and refinement of the project design. Together these initiatives have shown the potential for an extended mine life, increased recoverable tin and strengthened the long-term economics of the project."
----------
Jangada Mines PLC - natural resources development company focused on Brazil - Finds 21.81 grammes of gold per tonne and 13.72 grammes of silver per tonne at final phase 1 drilling programme at the Molly Gold project in the Tapajos gold province of Para State in northern Brazil. As phase 1 drilling is completed, the firm says it remains well financed with over GBP1 million in cash and is fully funded for the next phase of exploration. Jangada CEO Paulo Misk says: "With geological modelling underway to upgrade our resource estimates, and a substantial regional Mag-drone and ground induced polarisation survey now in progress across the project, we are well placed to generate a strong pipeline of high-priority exploration and will unlock the broader potential of the project. This is a pivotal period for Jangada, and I look forward to updating shareholders as this work progresses."

Knights Group Holdings PLC - Newcastle-under-Lyme, England-based legal and professional services company - Announces it has agreed to buy THP Solicitors Ltd, a law firm that operates in the Thames Valley, for a total consideration of GBP4 million. Knights says the acquisition represents "a compelling bolt-on" after its recent expansion in the region with its acquisition of IBB Law in 2025. The acquisition of THP Solicitors comprises an initial cash payment of GBP2.4 million on completion, with the remaining consideration payable in equal instalments on each of the first, second and third anniversaries, and subject to certain conditions being met. Knights expects the acquisition to take place on September 25. Knights CEO David Beech says: "THP's expertise will strengthen our capabilities, broadening our full-service offering for clients across the region, whilst leveraging our premium Reading office and our recent investment there. The business has a strong cultural fit, and we are confident that combining its talented team with our scale and infrastructure will provide a strong foundation for future growth."

Panther Metals PLC - Canada-focused mineral deposits exploration company - Notes "encouraging" results of phase 1 magnesium recovery investigation testwork undertaken on magnesium-bearing drill core samples obtained from the Dotted Lake project in Ontario, Canada. The firm announces 38% magnesium recovery. Achieving such magnesium recovery, CEO Darren Hazelwood says, "at this first stage of work is an extremely exciting result for Panther. We started with a geological opportunity; we now have the initial technical validation and the experimental baseline that the magnesium can be recovered. Importantly, this is only phase 1; we have successfully generated a baseline metal recovery and process performance data that will inform and support the design and optimisation of subsequent test phases." He adds: "We now have a solid platform to begin evaluating potential opportunities with relevant government bodies across North America, as well as potential end users and participants throughout the mining and critical minerals industry. Magnesium is a designated critical mineral for Canada and an important metal across automotive, aerospace, defence and advanced manufacturing. Establishing a secure North American supply chain for critical materials has become an increasingly important strategic priority for Western governments."
