IntelliAM AI PLC - South Yorkshire, England-based provider of AI-driven software solutions for the manufacturing and engineering sectors - Receives an order for supply of IntelliAM AI platform services and sensor supplies. Order is received from "high-quality food manufacturer" in US, for three manufacturing sites. "The order provides for IntelliAM AI to supply software, technology support and sensors on-site which will enable the manufacturer to maximise its manufacturing efficiencies and return on investment. The work to install the IntelliAM AI systems and sensors will commence later this month. The order covers an initial period of 12 months," IntelliAM says.

Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust PLC - investor aiming to have "positive social impact" - Says has found it tricky to "expand the shareholder base and grow the assets" of company amid tough market conditions. "As with much of the investment company alternatives sector, the company has endured an entrenched discount to NAV for some time and attracting new investors has proved to be challenging. The board is aware that an inability to scale and the entrenched discount to NAV are strategic issues that must be addressed," it adds. "The board is considering carefully, with its advisers, the options for the future of the company." Options include a realisation of portfolio assets through managed wind down process.

Vault Ventures PLC - technology development company focused on blockchain, AI, and augmented reality - Raises GBP1.0 million from placing of 5.00 billion shares at 0.02 pence each. Vault says: "80% of the net proceeds from the placing will be used to acquire additional digital assets for the company's treasury. The allocation of the treasury purchases will be split 40% ethereum, 40% solana and 20% bitcoin." On Monday, Vault said it signed terms for the buy of System7 Ventures Ltd. "System7 is a UK-based AI development agency focused on turning emerging technology into working products. With expertise across agentic AI systems, LLM integrations, crypto-native infrastructure, and internal automation tooling, System7 works at the cutting edge of next-generation software. The team has a track record of delivering high-impact solutions across emerging technologies, blending technical depth with fast, focused execution," it explained. The all-share deal values System7 at around GBP1 million. Nicolas Baxter, CEO of System7, is to join the board of Vault Ventures.

Avacta Group PLC - Wetherby, West Yorkshire-based life sciences company targeting oncology drugs - Making "progress" on development of AVA6000, with patient enrollment ongoing for multiple focuses, "including triple negative breast cancer". "The data continue to show a favourable tolerability profile and increasingly durable responses in salivary gland cancers," Chief Executive Officer Christina Coughlin says. "The AVA6103 programme is progressing towards the start of a phase 1 trial early next year, reflecting efforts to develop a new class of medicines aimed at improving drug delivery and patient outcomes. These advances in preCISION will continue to drive value in the company for shareholders."

Union Jack Oil PLC - UK and US focused onshore hydrocarbon, production, development, exploration firm - Output resumes at Keddington oilfield after "major site upgrades" this year and the last. "During June 2025, Keddington produced a total of 992 barrels of oil over 23 days of timed pumped production averaging 10.4 hours per day with an average flow-rate of 43 barrels per day gross during the period. The newly installed equipment and facilities are working well and continue to be fine-tuned to optimise production," Union Jack says. It has a 55% stake in the Lincolnshire asset.

88 Energy PLC - Alaska-focused oil exploration - Gets 12-month licence extension from Namibian government at PEL 93. It extends first renewal exploration period to early-October 2026. In addition, a stage 1a work programme has been agreed. It will include a high-resolution airborne gravity, magnetic, and radiometric survey, the preparation of a prospective resource report as well as work to spot potential drilling locations. 88 holds 20% working interest in PEL 93.
