Eco Atlantic Oil & Gas Ltd - oil and gas exploration in South Africa, Namibia and Guyana - Says it has signed deeds of amendments and secured license extensions across all four of its petroleum exploration licences in Namibia, and has farmed out its 85% working interest in PEL 98 to Namibian-owned company Lamda Energy (Pty) Ltd. Lamda will make an upfront payment for administrative costs and assume all obligations and liabilities associated to PEL 98, upon completion of the farm-out deal. Company says optimisation highlights in Namibia include a one-year extension granted to the initial exploration period for PELs 97,98,99 and 100 which now continues to September next year, with further options for renewal. Eco notes that it received an environmental clearance certificate in June for planned seismic surveys across its Namibian portfolio. Says it is engaged in farm-down and seismic operations discussions with potential new partners.

Synergia Energy Ltd - Perth-based oil and gas mining company - Updates on its Cambay production sharing contract in onshore India, following correspondence from Antelopus Selan Energy Ltd (formerly Selan Exploration Technology Ltd). Says that due to continued monsoon-related delays, the Aakash 50T workover rig will now be deployed to the Cambay C-64 well site to install a sucker rod pump during the first week of October.

Scancell Holdings PLC - Oxford-based pharmaceutical firm - Vulpes Testudo Fund, a fund closely associated with Non-Executive Director Martin Diggle, buys 3.2 million shares at 8.86 pence each on Friday in London.

Gfinity PLC - London-based e-sports and gaming services company - Says its subsidiary Yentra.AI Ltd has signed non-binding heads of terms with The ESG Institute, to enhance Yentra's EVOLVE platform by "embedding cutting-edge sustainability principles into its Sovereign AI framework to deliver transformative solutions for enterprises worldwide". Says The ESG Institute is "a globally respected authority in sustainability and ESG excellence", and that the collaboration will ensure "that Yentra's AI solutions align with global sustainability goals", enhancing the platform's "ability to deliver secure, self-adapting AI systems that prioritise data sovereignty and environmental responsibility". Says the Institute's "large consultancy network also provides a powerful route to market, amplifying EVOLVE's reach to organisations seeking ethical, sustainable, and intelligent AI systems".
