Tristel PLC - Newmarket, England-based maker of infection prevention products - Announces the commercial launch of 3T Pro, a premium tier within its 3T digital compliance platform. The launch formalises a three-tier product structure: a free entry-level tier covering core training and compliance functionality; a mid-tier combining training management with device traceability; and 3T Pro, a premium tier delivering advanced customisation, workflows, reporting and audit readiness capabilities. To protect its installed base, Tristel will offer transitional licensing arrangements to existing users of traceability features, while customers upgrading to 3T Pro will access the full suite of advanced capabilities under standard commercial terms. The entry-level tier remains free to support broad accessibility and adoption across the healthcare sector. Matt Fulford, group digital director says: "This is a meaningful step in building a scalable digital offering that complements our infection prevention products."

80 Mile PLC - portfolio of energy, critical minerals and industrial gas projects with assets in Greenland, Finland and Italy - Raises GBP1.9 million via a placing to certain existing shareholders, international and domestic institutions, and sophisticated investors at 0.67 pence per share. The placing shares represent around 5% of its share capital. Proceeds will be used for general and administrative expenses; the Ferrandina plant in Italy and activities associated with the restart of the plant; the Finland projects in preparation for their sale; and the Dundas project and upcoming sampling programme. "This placing strengthens our financial position as we enter one of the most active periods in the company's history," says Executive Director Roderick McIllree.

Technology Minerals PLC - London-based provider of technology for battery metals recycling - Announces that it has secured a two-year extension of the St Patrick Research Permit in northwest Spain. The licence, which includes the Aramo mine and is held through its Spanish subsidiary Asturmet Recursos SL, is now valid until June 21 2028. The extension secures ongoing access to an advanced copper‑cobalt‑nickel project that could support the UK's future technology, energy and defence needs by contributing to more resilient supply chains for designated critical minerals. It also provides time for the company, working alongside potential partners, to complete a more thorough assessment of the asset's scale, grade continuity and potential value within the Mantle framework. Importantly, the extension does not in itself commit the company to material further expenditure. Any next phase of work will be scoped and sequenced in line with the company's capital discipline, undertaken alongside a partner, and assessed against its existing working capital and portfolio of early‑stage critical mineral investments.

Oracle Power PLC - developer of projects in Pakistan and Australia - Receives positive report for its Kalgoorlie gold project from consultants Resources WA. Geotechnical reports conclude waste dump designs for the open pit operations demonstrate high factors of safety, hydrology and hydrogeology reports conclude the water table depth is unlikely to present a material operational or geotechnical risk to the project and soil and waste characterisation reports conclude that there is minimal risk of acid mine drainage. "We continue to get much closer to breaking ground at our Kalgoorlie gold project," says Chief Executive Naheed Memon.
----------
Forgent PLC - London-based provider of syngas technology and engineering services for converting waste into sustainable energy and biofuels, and also has copper and gold assets - Announces encouraging gold assay results from its maiden drilling programme at the Peak Hill gold-copper project in Western Australia. This confirms multiple shallow gold systems and identifies a significant new exploration corridor that has the potential to materially increase the scale of the project. Phase 2 drilling will commence in August 2026 to test this new target. "The exploration programme at Peak Hill has exceeded our expectations. Taken together, these very encouraging gold assay results and this newly emerging target area materially de-risk the Peak Hill project and provide a compelling basis to immediately progress into Phase 2 drilling," says Chief Executive James Parsons.
