7th Nov 2026 08:22

(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of business updates by London-listed companies, issued on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Gowin New Energy Group Ltd - Cayman Islands-based business with investments in LED-related products, tea trading and agarwood trading - Enters into a GBP40,000 loan agreement with substantial Chen Chih-Lung at 2% per annum, repayable in twelve months, extendable by mutual consent. Says the purpose of the loan is to provide short term liquidity to allow the company to satisfy its payment obligations. Says Chen will continue to support its working capital requirements "as and when required."

----------

Netcall PLC - Bedford, England-based enterprise software for automation and customer engagement - Announces a collaboration with intelligent content management platform developer Box Inc. Under the collaboration, Netcall is launching a new integration suite that connects Jadu's digital services platform directly with content managed within Box. "The integration allows organisations to build self-service portals, applications, service requests and personalised digital experiences powered by trusted content, while keeping information securely governed within Box," Netcall says. Jadu is a digital experience platform acquired by Netcall in 2025. "With content governed in Box and delivered through Jadu's digital services, organisations can accelerate service delivery and reduce manual effort and improve access to information through AI and workflow automation, while maintaining enterprise-grade security, governance, compliance and accessibility standards," Netcall says, adding that the deal "further strengthens" its position in the market for AI-powered automation.

----------

Roundhouse AI Ltd - Singapore-based technology company specialising in artificial intelligence agent deployment - Says x402 payments settled on Solana are now recorded on the Roundhouse Dashboard alongside payments on Base and Ethereum, both of which are already live. x402 is an open standard that lets AI agents pay for online services directly, "in a similar way to a card payment built into the web," Roundhouse explains. Each payment is settled on a public blockchain. In November, x402 payments recorded on Solana reaches 821,915, worth USD341,261. CEO Matthew Lodge says: "AI agents pay for services wherever those services live, so a record of what they have paid has to follow them across networks. We already cover Base and Ethereum. Adding Solana is the next big step towards a more complete picture of the market. It brings more of the AI agent economy into one place - Roundhouse."

----------

Finseta PLC - London-based currency exchange and payments provider - Finseta Payment Solutions Ltd enters into a strategic affiliate relationship with Amir Mehrad, the sole shareholder of Homa Holdings Ltd. Additionally, raises GBP1.57 million, GBP1.47 million of which is from Homa, through a subscription by Homa and Joshua James Clarke and a zero-coupon convertible loan note subscription by Homa. Homa is a newly formed entity owned by Amir Mehrad, a financial services entrepreneur and founder and chief executive officer of Effective FX Ltd, a boutique international payments and foreign exchange specialist established in 2012. Homa's investment comprises a firm subscription for 7.9 million shares at 6.12 pence each and a subscription for GBP989,231 of zero-coupon unsecured convertible loan notes. Also announces the proposed conversion into new ordinary shares and non-voting deferred shares of the entire GBP1.8 million of 8.5% unsecured loan notes held by Chief Commercial Officer Robert O'Brien. CEO James Hickman comments: "We are delighted to welcome our new investors to the shareholder register and to have entered into an affiliate arrangement with Amir. His strategic investment, alongside his ability to support the business as part of our introducer network, is set to accelerate our growth, particularly in Dubai. The fundraising will also enable us to continue to execute our strategy."

----------

Seed Innovations Ltd - London-based investor in "physical AI" and robotics companies in the early stage of commercialisation - Portfolio company Clean Food Group announces the first commercial launch of its CLEANOil ingrediant in a consumer skincare product, the 24 Carat Oil to Milk facial cleanser developed by Scottish skincare brand Raven Botanicals. "The launch represents a significant commercial milestone for CFG, following three years of development, and marks the first use of its sustainably produced oil in a consumer product," Seed Innovations says. It holds a 4.5% stake in CFG. CFG CEO Alex Neves comments: "Transitioning from [research and development] to consumer shelves in just three years is an important validation of our strategy and technology. It is exciting to see Raven Botanicals bring CLEANOil to consumers through its 24 Carat Oil to Milk Cleanser and together we are demonstrating that biotech is no longer a future promise, it is a commercial reality. With CLEANOil, cosmetic brands can reduce their reliance on agriculturally intensive supply chains without compromising on the standards their customers expect."

----------

Baker Steel Resources Trust Ltd - London-based investor in natural resources, gold and precious metals - Net asset value per share is 149.2 pence at October 30, down 14% from September 30. Says the decline is mainly due to falls in the share prices of listed investments. Notes mining shares were "highly volatile" amid the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and ahead of the US mid-term elections. The decrease also reflects the provision for its maiden interim dividend of 2 pence per share.

----------

Reveille Resources PLC - natural resources explorer focused on uranium opportunities in Italy - Shares have been approved for trading on the OTCID Basic Market in the US, beginning today under the ticker RVREF. "The OTCID quotation is expected to broaden Reveille's reach among North American investors, particularly in the United States, by making the company's shares easier to find and trade through participating US brokers. It will also raise awareness of Reveille and its Italian uranium projects as the company evaluates opportunities in other Western-aligned jurisdictions, potentially including North America," Reveille says.

----------

Gem Resources PLC - emerald miner in South Africa, Zambia and Australia - Appoints Robert Chapman as chief executive officer, effective immediately, replacing Bernard Olivier. Oliver will remain on the company board as non-executive director. Says the change follows a planned and mutually agreed transition. Chair Louis Ching says: "I am delighted to welcome Nigel to the board as our new chief executive officer. He brings more than three decades of international experience in mineral exploration, project development and mining operations, and I look forward to working with him as GEMR continues to advance its strategy, including its increasing focus on operating, revenue-generating natural resources businesses and gold processing." Chapman is managing director of Peru-based Luna Recursos Naturales.

----------

Georgina Energy PLC - helium, hydrogen and natural gas exploration and development company - Completes all civil engineering and site preparation works at its Hussar EP513 project in Western Australia, with further improvements undertaken to access infrastructure in support of its planned drilling programme. It has also placed an order with Cactus Wellhead for the procurement of wellhead equipment and has been notified of mobilisation of the contracted Ensign 970 drilling rig. CEO Anthony Hamilton says: "The ordering of the wellhead equipment and preparations for mobilisation of the Ensign 970 rig represent an important milestone as we progress towards drilling. They follow the completion of all civil engineering and site preparation works at Hussar. We continue to work closely with our contractors to progress the safe mobilisation of the Ensign 970 rig. Drilling Hussar and evaluating its significant helium, hydrogen and natural gas potential into a full field development remains our priority, and we look forward to providing further updates as mobilisation arrangements progress."
