(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Arkle Resources PLC - Dublin-based mineral exploration and development company - Says it has intersected uranium mineralisation on six of the ten drill fences across the Paleo East channel of its Erongo project in Namibia, and in four step-out holes, spanning 2.9 kilometres of the channel. So far, about 23% of the channel has been drilled, and the best interval was 6 metres at 102 parts per million of uranium oxide from the surface. Assays from the primary target will be published shortly. Chief Executive Rory Harding comments: "The channels run north-east to south-west with the regional drainage, through our ground and on towards Trekkopje some ten kilometres away, and we have drilled a little under a quarter of the Paleo East channel so far. Calcrete deposits like Trekkopje are low-grade, bulk-tonnage systems in which the volume of near-surface channel fill matters as much as grade, so it is significant that all of the mineralisation we have found starts within five metres of surface."

Pulsar Helium Inc - North America- and Greenland-focused helium exploration company - Notes its acceptance earlier this month of a binding proposal from a Baker Hughes Co subsidiary for a framework to supply equipment to Pulsar's planned rare gas hub in Minnesota. Says its preferred strategy is to fund a large part of the outstanding costs through project-level debt and public-sector financing, "with the objective of limiting reliance on new equity capital", according to CEO Thomas Abraham-James. To that end, the company has been in talks for partial funding from University Bank, but no binding agreement has been reached. It is also looking into its eligibility to receive public funds via the Minnesota Department of Employment & Economic Development, the US Department of Agriculture Rural Development and Minnesota's Iron Range Resources & Rehabilitation. As of Monday, Pulsar has USD24.6 million in cash. As far as the project itself goes, Pulsar has completed an equipment proposal, with approval from the TSX Venture Exchange expected soon. Industrial site arrangements are in progress, alongside engineered and installed-cost definition, feed-gas and product-commercialisation arrangements.

Borders & Southern Petroleum PLC - London-based oil and gas exploration company targeting offshore areas of the Falkland Islands - Raises GBP2 million before costs to fund work at its Darwin gas condensate discovery, through a direct placing to one investor, described by CEO Harry Baker as an "ultra-high-net-worth Middle Eastern investor [who] is an exceptionally well-connected and experienced investor, with a long history of deploying strategic capital across a range of industries, including in this sector". It will issue the investor 17.4 million new shares priced at 11.5 pence each, which is 42% above Friday's closing share price. In addition, it will issue 8.7 million warrants convertible at 20p each and valid for 18 months. Plans to use the proceeds to cover licence fees, discovery area fees, studies, general and administrative costs, and to generally prepare the Darwin zone for commercial evaluation.
----------
hVIVO PLC - London-based contract research organisation testing vaccines for infectious and respiratory diseases - Appoints Angela Hildreth as chief financial officer and board director, effective from November 18. Hildreth joins from Futura Medical PLC, where she has been finance director and chief operating officer since 2018, and where she "will continue to serve as a non-executive director...for a limited period following the transition", hVIVO explains. She has also worked at Shield Therapeutics PLC and served on the board of Aptamer Group PLC. She takes over from Richard Cotton, who himself only became interim CFO this month, following the retirement of Stephen Pinkerton in September after ten years with the company. Once the handover to Hildreth has concluded, Cotton will resume his position as a non-executive director. hVIVO CEO Yamin 'Mo' Khan comments: "Angela's experience of supporting listed healthcare businesses through operational growth and commercialisation will be highly valuable as we convert these strengths into sustainable, profitable growth and long-term shareholder value." Hildreth adds: " I have been impressed by the strength of the business and look forward to working with Mo, the board and the wider team."
----------
RC365 Holding PLC - payment solutions and fintech company, which operates primarily in east and southeast Asia - Announces the "soft launch" of a new virtual card system for selected users. This is not a full commercial roll-out, but is intended to complement the company's existing physical cards, it says. RC365 notes that virtual cards have the potential to reduce costs related to card ordering and issuance, but cautions that "no net cost savings have yet been quantified", explaining: "The extent of any savings will depend on user adoption, the number of physical cards avoided, the group's existing cost base and any costs associated with operating the virtual card capability." Adds that it has not conducted an official assessment of potential environmental benefits associated with reduced packaging. CEO Chi Kit Law says the partial launch will provide "data needed to evaluate any broader rollout".
----------
Roundhouse AI Ltd - Singapore-based technology company specialising in artificial intelligence agent deployment - Confirms that it has raised GBP92,106, before costs, through a retail offer of 1.8 million shares priced at 5p each. This is in addition to a separate placing of 30.0 million shares, meaning the company has raised a total of GBP1.6 million. Admission of the new shares is expected on Tuesday.
----------
Intercede Group PLC - Leicestershire, England-based cybersecurity software firm - Launches MyID Authenticate, its new FIDO passkey authentication service, with a European public-sector digital services customer. Plans to showcase the new system at the GovWare 2026 conference. Explains that the system "gives governments and enterprises phishing-resistant sign-in to Windows desktops, cloud services and on-premises applications from a single platform". The company continues: "FIDO passkeys are phishing-resistant by design, yet many organisations still struggle to extend them beyond a handful of web applications to the Windows desktop, legacy applications and VPNs. MyID Authenticate addresses this as both a FIDO authentication server and a passkey issuer." FIDO passkeys are not passwords, but are based on "cryptographic credentials that are tied to a user's account", according to the FIDO Alliance, meaning users can log in via "the same process that they use to unlock their device (biometrics, PIN, or pattern)".
----------
Panther Metals PLC - Canada-focused mineral deposits exploration company - Joins the US Defense Industrial Base Consortium, which it expects to offer "access to US Government defence procurement and funding opportunities focused on strengthening strategic supply chains, including critical minerals". Describes the DIBC as "aimed at addressing vulnerabilities within the defence industrial base" through competition, and notes the DIBC has awarded about USD410 million in funding across various projects. Panther sees itself as well-positioned to secure business through the DIBC, given its "Ontario-based critical minerals portfolio". CEO Darren Hazelwood says: "We believe the potential scale of our mineral assets warrants engagement at the highest levels of government and industry, particularly as North America accelerates efforts to secure long-term domestic and allied supply chains for strategically important minerals. We have been encouraged by the dialogue taking place over recent weeks, and this membership provides a further opportunity to translate that engagement into tangible progress."
