Trading Emissions Expects To Complete Subsidiary Sale On April 4

LONDON (Alliance News) - Energy-focused investment company Trading Emissions PLC said on Friday it expects to complete the sale of its last solar operating subsidiary Solar Energy Italia 1 Srl on April 4.

In mid-February, circumstances around the sale had been met for increasing net proceeds from the sale.

Initially Trading Emissions expected to receive EUR7.97 million from the sale, but specific undisclosed factors have increased this forecast to EUR8.64 million.

Shares in Trading Emissions were up 5.6% at 3.20 pence on Friday.
