LONDON (Alliance News) -Theo Fennell PLC Monday said its acquisition by Mirfield 1964 PLC was approved by shareholders at a court meeting.
Theo Fennell shares were Monday quoted at 13.1 pence, up 0.1 pence, or 0.8%.
