LONDON (Alliance News) - TV and multimedia content producer Ten Alps PLC on Friday said major shareholder Herald Investment Trust PLC has agreed to extend its GBP750,000 short-term unsecured loan note.
Herald, which owns a 35% stake in Ten Alps, agreed the loan in February. It was initially due to be repaid by Friday, but this has now been extended for a further term of six months.
Shares in Ten Alps were untraded on Friday morning, last quoted at 0.969 pence.
