Ten Alps CEO Wood Steps Down, No Immediate Plans To Replace

LONDON (Alliance News) - TV and multimedia content producer Ten Alps PLC on Friday said Chief Executive Mark Wood has stepped down with immediate effect.

Wood will continue to act as an adviser to the board, the company said.

Ten Alps said it has no immediate plans to appoint a new CEO, with Chairman Peter Bertram to spend more time with the business and Chief Financial Officer David Galan to take on additional responsibilities.

Shares in Ten Alps were down 6.3% to 0.75 pence early Friday.
