(Alliance News) - Shares in housebuilder Telford Homes PLC were cancelled from AIM trading on Wednesday following its acquisition by CBRE Group Inc.
The 350 pence per share deal was sanctioned by a UK court in late September and valued Telford Homes at GBP267.4 million.
