LONDON (Alliance News) - Tau Capital PLC on Friday said it appointed Gerwyn Williams and Nigel Burton as non-executive directors with immediate effect.
Williams, who is currently Infinity Energy's chief executive officer, will the become the Tau's chair.
Meanwhile, Non-Executive Director Terence Mahony and Chair Philip Lambert have stepped down from the company's board with immediate effect.
Tau Capital shares were untraded at USD0.0017 each.
