LONDON (Alliance News) - Symphony Environmental Technologies PLC Monday said it had taken a record value of orders as more visitors than ever before visited its stand at the K-Show, Europe's largest exhibition for the plastics industry, attracting customers and suppliers from all over the world.
It didn't give any details of exactly how much the new orders were worth.
"There was exceptional demand for d2w - our well-established oxo-biodegradable masterbatch, as the best and least expensive option for biodegradation of plastics," Chief Executive Michael Laurier said in a statement. "Great interest was also shown in our new d2p range of anti-fungal and anti-microbial plastics, and our d2t range of anti-counterfeiting technologies."
Symphony shares were up 6.4% at 8.24 pence Monday morning, one of the biggest gains on AIM.
