LONDON (Alliance News) - Stadium Group PLC on Monday said it has appointed Andrew Tonks as its interim finance director with immediate effect whilst the company continues its search for a permanent replacement.
The supplier of wireless products, power supplies and electronic assemblies said Tonks most recently worked as interim finance director and interim commercial director at e.surv, a division of London-listed LSL Property Services PLC.
Prior to that, Tonks served as interim chief executive and interim chief financial officer of Peto Ltd, an early stage online marketing business. Between 2007 and 2012, Tonks was the chief financial officer of Aerte Group PLC, formerly known as Mid-States PLC.
Other roles have also been held at the likes of Homeserve PLC, NSB Retails Systems PLC, ML Holdings PLC, United Biscuits PLC and BTR PLC.
"The process to appoint a permanent finance director is continuing and a further update will be provided in due course. Joanne Estell, the former chief financial officer, will remain with the company to ensure a suitable period of handover with Andrew," said Stadium Group.
Stadium Group shares were trading 2.3% higher at 86.45 pence per share on Monday morning.
