(Alliance News) - South32 Ltd on Thursday said its profit for financial year 2026 multiplied on the back of higher commodity prices.
The Perth, Australia-based diversified miner reported revenue of USD5.82 billion for the year ended 30 June, increasing 0.7% from USD5.78 billion the previous year.
Profit after tax was USD1.09 billion, multiplying from USD213 million the year prior.
South32 said the increase in profit came as a result of strong operating results as well as an increase in commodity prices over the period.
