LONDON (Alliance News) - Smiths Group PLC said Thursday that Senior Independent Director Kevin Tebbit will retire from the board in November.
Tebbit, who served on the board of the engineering company since 2006 and in his current role since 2015, will not stand for re-election at the company's annual general meeting on November 14.
Smiths Group shares were trading up 1.5% at 1,612.50 pence each.
