SMALL-CAP WINNERS & LOSERS: Cindrigo extends exploration license

14th Nov 2025 10:46

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Friday.

----------

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

----------

Castelnau Group Ltd, up 6.3% at 84 pence, 12-month range 75p-95p. Says Dignity Finance plans to redeem its remaining GBP39 million Class A notes on December 31, funded by a GBP45 million funeral plan surplus release. The closed-ended investment company also expects the year-end valuation of Valderrama, the holding company for its Dignity investment, to rise by more than 10% from the September 30 level, driven by stronger cash generation and updated operating trends. Castelnau says the uplift should have a similar-sized positive impact on net asset value, as Valderrama accounted for 106.6% of NAV at the end of September.

----------

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS

----------

Amigo Holdings PLC, down 17% at 0.35p, 12-month range 0.21p-0.75p. The former mid-cost credit provider now in run off says it has conditionally secured investors who have irrevocably agreed to subscribe up to GBP1.5 million of unlisted convertible loan notes, subject to shareholder approval at a forthcoming general meeting. The notes will convert at 0.3p per share, issuing up to 500 million new shares across two tranches aligned with the introduction of the new Public Offers & Admissions to Trading Regulations in January 2026 and any future prospectus-linked event such as a reverse takeover.

----------

Cindrigo Holdings Ltd, down 4.9% at 14.5p, 12-month range 11.5p-15.25p. Says the Mining Authority in Mainz has approved a one-year extension of its Worms geothermal exploration licence in Germany, now valid until November 28, 2026. The company must complete sub-surface studies and submit a preliminary environmental impact assessment within the period to progress the project to "ready to drill" status. The Worms licence is one of three Upper Rhine Valley geothermal areas in which Cindrigo holds an 85% interest. The Eich licence has already been extended to September 2026, and the Weinheim extension application is progressing. Together, the licences cover around 125 square kilometres. Chief Executive Lars Guldstrand says: "Securing the extension at Worms is another important milestone for us in Germany. The area has strong geological characteristics, sits within a proven geothermal corridor, and benefits from one of the most supportive policy environments in Europe."
