The housebuilder's revenue in the year to June 30 jumps 96% to GBP288.6 million from GBP147.2 million and pretax profit surges to GBP41.7 million from GBP5.6 million. Revenue was 16% ahead of pre-virus levels and pretax profit was 1.2% higher. It declares a 15p per share annual payout, having not paid one a year earlier.

SMALL-CAP - LOSERS
----------
Xaar PLC, down 10% at 204.00p, 12-month range 74.40p-260.00p. Inkjet printing firm Xaar says it swings to a pretax loss of GBP2.1 million in the six months to June 30, from a GBP1.3 million profit a year earlier. Revenue rises 11% to GBP26.3 million, however, from GBP23.7 million. Xaar says its printhead arm faces supply constraints and it expects margins to be hit as a result. It is "cautious" with its second half outlook.
