(Alliance News) - Shares in Silver Bullet Data Services Group PLC dipped on Tuesday, as the company announced that its chief financial officer would be stepping down after five years in the role.

Silver Bullet is a London-based digital marketing services provider. Shares in the company were down 9.1% at 106.78 pence each in London on Tuesday.

Silver bullet said that Chief Financial Officer and company secretary Darren Poynton will be stepping down, having served in the roles for five years. The company did not reveal the date of Poynton's departure or the reason for his exit.

Poynton's tenure included the company's initial public offering in June 2021.
