LONDON (Alliance News) - Warehouse property investor SEGRO PLC on Thursday said its Airport Property Partnership joint venture has sold the Gatwick International Distribution Centre for GBP31.0 million.
Airport Property Partnership, SEGRO's joint venture with asset manager Aviva Investors, has sold the site to Royal London Asset Management.
The 29-unit industrial estate is located around two miles south of Gatwick Airport and delivers GBP1.4 million in passing annual rent.
